boston university2 300x271 Boston University Physical EnvironmentBoston University stretches along Storrow Drive which flanks the Charles River, and the Mass Pike on the south side. Commonwealth Avenue crosses the campus from Kenmore Square on the east side to Babcock Street on the west side by the university track and tennis center. This is a very urban campus and students who love it, love Boston.

They develop an appreciation for culture, sports and the many enjoyable activities available by living with 300,000 other students in city. There is a lot to do in Boston and students often jog along the Charles River, where there may be free concerts, or head for an Italian restaurant at the South End. Transportation is available on the bustling city side.

The T (city trolley) runs aside the campus and students board at the College of Arts and Sciences and get off six stops later at the west campus residences, thus avoiding the chilly winds that blow along this route in winter.
